Itinerary: Moses' Route – Exodus from Egypt to Israel

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Upon landing at Cairo International Airport, our team will be waiting for you with a sign marked "Guia Viagem Egito", ensuring a warm welcome and assistance with immigration procedures and baggage claim. Afterward, we will provide a private transfer to your hotel in Cairo, where you will check in. The rest of the day will be free for rest and acclimatization after your journey. Overnight in Cairo

Day 2: Cairo – Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Grand Egyptian Museum & Dinner on the Nile

After breakfast at the hotel, we will embark on a day full of discoveries about Egypt’s history. Our first stop will be at the iconic Giza Pyramids—Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure—followed by a visit to the majestic Sphinx and the Valley Temple. During the tour, we will make strategic stops at traditional souvenir and papyrus shops. Lunch will be arranged according to the plan agreed upon with the guide.

In the afternoon, we will visit the much-anticipated Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), one of the largest and most modern archaeological complexes in the world. In the evening, we will take a private transfer to downtown Cairo, where we will board a luxurious boat for a dinner cruise on the Nile River. During the buffet dinner, we will enjoy a traditional show featuring belly dancing and Egyptian folklore. After the cruise, we will return to the hotel for overnight stay in Cairo

Dia 3: Rota Bíblica – Cairo ao Monte Sinai

After checking out from the hotel, we will depart early towards Mount Sinai, following a route filled with historical sites mentioned in the Bible. Along the journey, we will make stops at significant locations, including:

• Land of Goshen The region where the Israelites lived before the Exodus.
• Marah – The site where, according to tradition, Moses turned bitter water into drinkable water.
• Elim – Known for its twelve springs and seventy palm trees, where the Israelites found rest.
• Rephidim The place where, according to tradition, Moses struck the rock, bringing forth water to quench the thirst of the Israelites.
• We will continue our journey with a crossing through the Red Sea regionwhere it is believed that the parting of the waters took place,

During the journey, we will take a lunch break at a seaside resort on the Red Sea, offering a moment of rest and contemplation amidst the breathtaking scenery. In the late afternoon, we will arrive in the city of Saint Catherine, where we will check in at the hotel. After dinner, we will have time to rest and prepare for the ascent of Mount Sinai, which will take place in the early hours of the next morning. Overnight in Saint Catherine

Day 4: Mount Sinai – Egypt-Israel Border

n the early hours of the morning, we will begin the ascent of Mount Sinai (Jebel Musa), the sacred mountain where, according to tradition, Moses received the Ten Commandments. The climb, which takes approximately 2 to 3 hours, offers a spiritually enriching experience, culminating in a breathtaking sunrise over the Sinai desert. After descending, we will visit the historic St. Catherine’s Monastery, one of the oldest continuously operating monasteries in the world, home to a rich collection of Christian artifacts and the Biblical Burning Bush. Following breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and proceed toward the Egypt-Israel border, passing through the striking landscapes of the Sinai Peninsula. Upon arrival at the border, we will assist with the necessary procedures before crossing into Israel. End of services in Egypt or continuation of the journey into Israel (according to the selected itinerary).
